Before we start your job we give you a detailed estimate that goes over LINE by LINE what we will be doing and exactly how
much it costs. We never hand you a handwritten carbon copy "guesstimate". Our pricing is honest and upfront.
2. How long will it take to dry out my home?
In most cases, a water loss dryout should not take more than 2-3 days. In unique circumstances it can take 5-7. If a contractor
tells you it should take more than a week, that is a red flag. Ask more questions as to why it is taking that long.
3. The smoke was throughout my home and it smells very bad, can you clean that out?
Absolutely. Smoke and Fire restoration is something we have done for over 27 years. We use industry specific tools like a
ThermoFog, Hydroxyl, and Ozone machines to mitigate that odor. Our cleaning techs have decades of experience in the field
and can restore almost any item after a smoke filled fire.
4. Where are you going to store our contents? Will they be safe?
While we are cleaning and/or storing your contents they are kept secure in our security monitored warehouse. Your contents
are also stored in temperature controlled areas.
5. How quickly can you get here?
We are a 24/7/365 Emergency Services Company and can get anywhere in our First General Services service area in under 1

Of course, that is exactly what we do. We work as a liaison between you and your insurance company to make sure your claim
